Have you guys heard about the mamaRoo4 yet? It’s literally been a huge, HUGE help with Theodore through work days and more recently, surviving the stomach flu that rocked our household this week.
I work from home and run my own business. I was supposed to take “maternity” leave, but when you’re a sole proprietor of a business, you can’t just stop working and think the business will run itself. So I have essentially been working all throughout my “maternity” leave when I can. You see, my work involves sitting in front of a computer all day – from writing articles, managing a community, researching and testing things. All things that I need 100% focus on with limited distractions. Baby is not in daycare, nor do we plan to put him in daycare either. While Rainier is in daycare and being watched, that leaves me to juggle baby throughout my day too while trying to complete projects and deadlines.
So, I need to have the best products to help me juggle baby and keep him either entertained or comfortable when I need my hands/arms for typing. Queue the 4moms mamaRoo4….
I’ve been using it all along since Theodore was born to help entertain baby and to “rock” him when I need to sit in front of a computer and work. It’s great, because it mimics the motions he experienced in the womb, so it helps to calm him but also keeps him preoccupied when I just need a few minutes to myself. It comes with many movement options to choose from. Theodore’s favorite is the kangaroo. And in case you have that nasty blowout, just unzip the cover and toss it in the wash. Cleanup is a breeze.
We’re grateful for advances in baby tech since Rainier was born to help make our lives easier. It’s amazing what has come out on the market in 2.5 years already. This is definitely worth the investment!
